This is beyond our control. What we can possibly control is how we spend the time leading up to death and our final days. By learning about our options and discussing our values, we can control the controllable, and leave the rest to nature.

The above services are consultative in nature and do not include diagnosis or treatment of conditions. While we are happy to provide guidance, education and assistance with advance care planning, your primary and specialty care services should be invovled in these decisions as well. Our services are meant to add to your care, but not replace it.
